Job Description:
Maintain relationship with trade union.
Implement and control daily activities related with employee such as bipartite/tripartite, prayer room, sports, ceremonial, canteen and polyclinic.
Become a mediator in resolving employee problems and providing counseling
Conducting exit interview and its administration.
Provide socialization and regulatory control (PKB, HR Policies, Company Policies)
Monitor and renew permit related to employment, K3, etc.
General Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree (S1) from Law.
Understand about Labor Law, both knowledge and its implementation.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work individually and in a team.
Candidates should be tough, has a good communication skill, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
Willing to be placed in Purwakarta.
