QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably with Data Center experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Industrial)
- 2+years of experience in technical sales, business development, or MEP-related engineering
- Knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical, Plumbing) is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is a plus
- Willing to travel for client/site visits
- Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Engage with clients to understand their product requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and deliver accurate, compelling proposals that drive business growth
- Lead client site visits to assess needs, evaluate systems, and identify opportunities for tailored solutions
- Partner with the engineering team to translate client requirements into cost-effective proposals, technical drawings, and system specifications that support successful sales outcomes
- Prepare and deliver presentations, product orientations, and technical demonstrations
- Build and maintain good client relationships, addressing concerns and offering after-sales support
- Monitor ongoing projects and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and product development initiatives
- Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and documentation required by management
