Job Description:
Develop and execute brand strategy to position the company as a leading pharmaceutical provider in the market.
Define and implement integrated marketing plans that directly support dealer sales growth.
Set annual marketing objectives and budgets aligned with revenue targets.
Design marketing programs and campaigns tailored for dealer engagement and activation.
Provide dealers with marketing toolkits, promotional materials, and digital assets to boost their selling capabilities.
Collaborate with Dealer Operations to ensure marketing initiatives address dealer needs and challenges.
Oversee brand identity, messaging, and consistency across all channels.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain brand competitiveness.
Drive digital marketing strategies to increase product visibility and dealer-driven sales on e-commerce platforms.
Optimize online campaigns for performance and ROI.
Lead the Brand and Marketing team, including Product and Dealer Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Creative Content functions.
Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
Track marketing KPIs and dealer revenue impact, reporting results to the management.
Continuously refine strategies based on market insights and campaign performance.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree graduate in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
Have a minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing.
Must have an experience working in a marketing agency, with connections of KOLs, influencers, and/or celebrities.
Have experience in the pharmaceutical, health supplements, FMCG, or health and wellness industry is a plus.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
Strong background in digital marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce growth.
Strong capability to develop brand positioning, messaging architecture, and long-term brand strategy.
Solid understanding of dealer-level marketing, activation programs, and community?driven brand engagement.
Strong competency in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying consumer insights.
Able to understand and optimize digital media, SEO, SEM, social media strategy, content marketing, and performance analytics for e-commerce, marketing campaigns and conversion funnels.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong professionalism and brand stewardship mindset.
