JOB POSITION: MARKETING HEAD
Job Description
Strategy and Planning
- Align marketing plans with company branding and product line to ensure cohesive messaging across all 30 branches.
- Develop a year-long marketing plan with clear motivations, including sales projections for each launched promo.
- Set marketing KPIs and quotas to measure campaign effectiveness and overall performance.
Team Management and Execution
- Delegate tasks to the marketing team into monthly projects or sprints, monitoring progress and providing regular summarized updates.
- Obtain feedback and approval from Operations and Production heads for promos, ensuring alignment with production forecasts.
- Relay approved marketing plans through memorandums to Operations and Accounting teams for seamless implementation.
Reporting and Analysis
- Report marketing findings and analysis to upper management, highlighting insights, ROI, and recommendations for optimization.
Job Specification
- 3+ years in marketing leadership, preferably in FMCG, retail, or food & beverage sectors with multi-branch operations.
- Proven track record in developing sales-driving campaigns, KPI management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Probationary period 5 days RTO, hybrid setup negotiable
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
- Expertise in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems like HubSpot), social media platforms, and MS Office/Google Workspace for reporting.
- Proficiency in campaign management software and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Fluent in English and Tagalog (both written and verbal).
- Experience with digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, content strategy) and loyalty programs.
- PMP or digital marketing certifications; strong understanding of Philippine retail trends.
