About this role
Electric ProCare is a growing company in Bali, and we're looking for a sharp, adaptable personal assistant who's comfortable with technology — including AI tools / google / Whatsapp API
We're starting with a 1-month trial to see if it's a good fit. If it works well, there's real potential to move into a permanent role with more responsibility.
We're being upfront: this is a young, growing company. Not everything has a fixed process yet — tasks and priorities may shift as we build the systems. We need someone flexible who can follow instructions, adapt quickly, and grow with us as things become more structured.
What you'll generally help with
Following the Operational Manager's instructions day to day — tasks will vary depending on what the company needs
Following up with technicians for reports, photos, and updates via WhatsApp
Helping organize documents, invoices, and photos in Google Drive
Helping respond to candidates or clients on WhatsApp or recruitment platforms
Sending reminders for meetings, interviews, and confirming schedules
Simple research, data entry, or admin support whenever needed
Occasionally joining on-site for meetings or projects in the South Bali area
Must have
Based in South Bali ( Sanur / Jimbaran / Kuta / Pecatu )
Own laptop/computer and a stable internet connection
Know-how to use Claude AI, ChatGPT, API, Google Drive.
Good written and spoken English ( Important!! ).
Comfortable being flexible — willing to take on different tasks as the company evolves
Responsive — reachable quickly every day, including weekends when needed
Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with company data
Nice to have
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to support daily work
Previous experience as an admin, personal assistant, or virtual assistant
Own vehicle for occasional mobility to job sites
Interested in learning about business operations or the construction/electrical industry
Working hours
4–5 hours/day, flexible
Location
Remote + occasional on-site ( Bukit / Jimbaran )

1-month trial - ( paid )
Future extension
Permanent after trial
