As an HR Supervisor, you will
play a key role in supporting our client companies with their human resources
needs, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the full cycle
recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and
making hiring recommendations.
Onboard new employees and ensure
all necessary paperwork and documentation is complete.
Administer employee benefits
program, including healthcare, retirement, and paid time off.
Provide guidance and support to
employees on HR-related policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date
employee records and files.
Assist with the implementation of
HR initiatives and program to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Collaborate with the HR team to
identify and address any HR-related issues or concerns.
What We're Looking For
3 years of experience in a
generalist HR role, preferably in a retail or consumer environment.
Strong understanding of HR best
practices and employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both
employees and management.
Proficient in using HR-related
software and technologies.
Highly organized and
detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and priorities effectively.
A team player who is willing to
contribute to the overall success of the HR team and the organization.
