What you'll be doing
Manage day-to-day cost accounting operations, including the calculation, maintenance, and variance analysis of standard vs. actual costs.
Lead the budgeting process and maintain seamless coordination between factory personnel and Japanese management.
Prepare and analyze key management reports, such as Gross Profit and cost-per-product reports.
Support monthly inventory valuation, financial reconciliation, and regular physical stock-taking (stock opname) activities at the Karawang factory.
What we're looking for
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Language Skills: Mandatory Min JLPT N2 Certification (Fluent in Japanese, both spoken and written, for business and technical financial reporting)
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Cost Accounting within a Manufacturing/Factory environment.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, strong cross-cultural communication, analytical thinking, and willingness to work on-site in Karawang.
