Industry: Japanese manufacturing and processing of hydraulic pumps for heavy machinery.
Role overview: Sole contributor reporting directly to the President Director, responsible for employee relations, HR operations, government relations, and the preparation and submission of KLHK, RKL, and RPL compliance reports.
Responsibilities:
Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employee relations.
Oversee payroll, attendance, and employee administration.
Manage office facilities, assets, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Handle legal documents, licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance.
Manage expatriate documentation and immigration compliance.
Coordinate export-import activities and customs documentation.
Prepare reports and improve SOPs to support efficient operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years experience in HRGA
At least 2-3 years as Supervisor or Senior Staff
Experience in Manufacturing company preferred .
Fluent in English (mandatory). Japanese is an advantage.
Japanese company experience is a strong advantage .
