Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for a highly analytical, process-driven, and Lean Six Sigma-certified Business Analyst to support our internal business growth, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
This role is designed for someone who can serve as the strategic brain of our operations, someone who can look at where the business is today, understand where the company wants to go, analyze the gaps in between, and help create clear, measurable, and actionable solutions. The Business Analyst will help bring structure, clarity, and intelligence into our operations by analyzing data, identifying patterns, improving workflows, building reporting systems, and helping leadership make better business decisions.
This is an internal role ideal for someone who does not only report numbers, but understands the story behind the data, identifies root causes, and helps turn insights into action.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze internal data from sales, marketing, recruitment, and operations.
- Help track key business metrics such as leads, sales activity, recruitment output, hires, and fulfillment progress.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data summaries to support leadership in monitoring performance and making informed business decisions.
- Identify trends, gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Review workflows and recommend ways to make processes more efficient and consistent.
- Support process documentation, SOP improvement, and data organization.
- Work closely with department leads to understand challenges and provide data-backed recommendations.
- Help improve forecasting, planning, and overall business visibility.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is required.
- Experience working with business data, reports, dashboards, or process improvement.
- Strong skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and explain insights clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with different departments and asking the right questions.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support business improvement initiatives.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
- Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or recruitment platforms such as Zoho Recruit, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, BPO, or sales operations
