Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- We also accept Senior Highschool graduates with call center experience.
- At least 2 years of experience for Call Center Staff.
- Relevant experience in outbound calling and upselling services is a plus.
- Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
Responsibilities
INBOUND
- Make strategies in order to promote and offer products or services to patients, clients and customers through internal sales and marketing strategies (e.g. corporate presentation, up-selling, among others.)
- Handle customer complaints received from social media and Shinagawa booking in a professional manner and ensure to endorse to concerned party accordingly
- Analyze outputs of day-to-day inbound operations to provide marketing and sales teams with insights that may contribute to objectives
- Answering queries, concerns, and complaints
- Submit management report on concerns encountered and escalated,and follow-through to resolution
- Manage appointment of patients for consultation, surgeries and other procedures to be done with the patient.
- Maintain contact and build lasting relationships with patients to ensure that they are getting the type and quality of care they need
- To provide explanation, guidance and advice to patients regarding their treatment and other complex medical information.
- Ensure that qualified patients are converted into sales
- Other tasks that Management may assign from time to time relevant to job positions.
OUTBOUND
- Make outbound calls to prospect leads to be provided by the inbound agents gathered from all the online platforms.
- An average of 20-30 daily calls should be achieved. The averagerage time spent per client should be 10 to 15 minutes and at least 70 percent conversion to appointments.
- Should offer the services to the customer and must set for an appointment as much as possible.
- Must be able to listen to objections and handle them effectively to convert into an appointment.
- Do a survey to check the satisfaction level of the old patients.
- Generate more leads by acquiring referrals from the old patients out called.
- Others tasks that Management may assign from time to time relevant to job positions.
