Coastal Grand Villas is looking for a sharp, proactive, and dependable Legal Officer who’s ready to support the company’s operations with strong legal expertise.
Job overview
Draft, review, and manage legal documents (lease agreements, cooperation agreements, addendums, etc.)
Ensure all company activities comply with current Indonesian laws and regulations.
Handle licensing, permits, and company documents.
Liaise with notaries, government offices, and other third parties.
Provide legal advice to internal teams, related to operations.
Maintain and organize legal documents.
Handle licensing and permits when required (e.g. OSS, PBG, SLF, etc.)
Monitor the validity and expiration of contracts and legal documents.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
1 year of experience in a legal role or a similar role.
Strong understanding of commercial, contract law, property law, and compliance regulations in Indonesia.
Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in English.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly meticulous
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
