Purpose
Responsible for supervising all plastic waste processing operational activities ranging from material receipt, sorting process, machine operation, machine maintenance, to delivery of production products so that they run safely, efficiently, and according to the company's targets.
Operational Supervision
• Supervise the receipt of plastic waste materials from suppliers.
• Ensure the quality, type, and quantity of incoming materials according to company standards.
• Supervise the process of sorting materials to fit the predetermined categories
Qualification
Education
• Minimum High School/Vocational School of Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Industrial Engineering
• D3/S1 Engineering is preferred.
Experience
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Supervisor, Foreman, or Production Leader.
• Experience in the plastic waste treatment industry, recycling, manufacturing, or similar industries is an added value.
Technical Capabilities
• Understand how conveyor machines, hydraulic press machines, electric motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, and mechanical systems work.
• Able to carry out preventive maintenance and light to moderate repairs.
• Understand the basic electrical systems of the industry.
• Able to read and execute machine operational SOPs.
• Understand the plastic waste treatment flow and material sorting process.
Managerial Skills
• Able to lead a team of 10–30 people.
• Able to create work schedules and manage the division of tasks.
• Have good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work based on production targets.
Administrative Skills
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Able to make operational reports and production reports.

• Have a leadership spirit.
• Research on the quality of materials and production results.
• Able to work in the field and ready to handle emergencies.
• Willing to work overtime if needed.
