Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support members of a premium U.S. healthcare account. In this role, you will assist health plan members with inquiries related to benefits, claims, coverage, and healthcare services while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding health plan benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, and coverage.
- Investigate and resolve complex healthcare-related concerns while ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Educate members on available healthcare benefits, services, and plan options.
- Utilize multiple systems and resources to research and provide accurate information.
- Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
- Build rapport with members while maintaining high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Meet productivity, quality, and compliance standards in a fast-paced contact center environment.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow established processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Completed at least 2 years in college (undergraduate or graduate).
- Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply with at least 2 years of BPO/contact center experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of contact center/customer service experience.
- Healthcare customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on-site on a flexible shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
