Main responsibilities of the position involve:

  • Spearhead account management and expansion strategies for major QSR and food service clients, consistently exceeding revenue and volume targets.

  • Establishing robust connections and partnerships within the savory QSR market

  • Design and execute tailored joint business plans (JBPs) that align with client goals while driving sustainable business growth.

  • Pioneer business development efforts to capture new accounts and expand the company’s footprint across the F&B sector.

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal cross-functional teams (R&D, SCM, Quality, Marketing) to seamlessly execute product launches and custom solutions.

  • Oversee commercial governance, including pricing architecture, contractual agreements, and margin optimization.

  • Translate market intelligence and competitive data into actionable strategies that capture emerging industry opportunities.

  • Partner with supply chain stakeholders to streamline demand forecasting, minimizing operational friction and improving service levels.

  • Cultivate deep-rooted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to position the company as a preferred strategic partner.

  • Drive portfolio premiumization and expansion through compelling product demonstrations, innovation pipelines, and tailored presentations.

  • Maintain a high standard of customer success by proactively managing and resolving complex operational and commercial inquiries.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of working experience in food ingredients industry (especially savory QSR market)

  • B2B sales experience in Foodservices and local market

  • Having experience in supply chain management will be a big advantage 

  • Highly motivated individual, diligent and proactive business attitudes with leadership and entrepreneur flair

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

  • Demonstrates excellent listening and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
