Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential clients through prospecting, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and other sales-related concerns.
- Prepare and maintain sales worksheets, quotations, client records, and related documentation.
- Monitor client requirements and ensure timely follow-up on pending transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient processing of customer requests and orders.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and updates for management.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- With experience in F&B industry is a plus but not required.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in sales coordination or similar roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Salesforce, strong communication skills, negotiation, and public speaking abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to the sales team.
- Qualities and Traits: Highly organized, motivated, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
- Working Conditions: Normal office environment with periodic travel for client meetings.
