Sales Representatives – US Publishing Markets
- Do you have a passion for sales and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, rewarding environment? We are looking for motivated Sales Consultants/Representatives to join our on-site team in Cebu City and help authors from the US - publish and promote their books.
No publishing background? No problem. If you have solid sales experience and a customer-focused mindset, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Contact and engage aspiring authors to introduce our publishing and marketing services
- Recommend tailored publishing solutions that align with the author’s goals
- Manage a healthy pipeline of leads, follow-ups, and closed sales
- Hit monthly sales targets and log interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to ensure an excellent author experience
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of sales experience (B2C or B2B in publishing, media, real estate, insurance, telco, etc.)
- High-level confidence in selling over the phone to international clients
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Comfortable working with customers in the UK and ANZ markets
- Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a team-player mindset
- Willing to work on-site in Cebu City on ANZ and UK shift schedules (day to mid-shift)
- Proven experience in closing outbound high-ticket or B2C sales
- Comfortable working with quotas and meeting tight deadlines
- Skilled in handling objections and resolving challenges under pressure
