Finance and Accounting Manager (F&B Industry)

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) in accordance with PSAK/IFRS standards

• Provide comprehensive analysis of business performance, financial condition, and company cash flow

• Conduct variance analysis and performance reviews to support management decision-making

• Ensure monthly closing processes are completed accurately and on time

• Manage overall company cash flow planning, monitoring, and analysis

• Prepare cash flow projections and proactively identify potential financial risks

• Oversee bank accounts, daily transactions, and company fund movement controls

• Oversee inventory accounting, including costing, valuation, and stock reconciliation

• Prepare stock forecasting and reorder planning based on sales trends and lead times

• Analyze purchasing patterns, supplier pricing, and procurement efficiency

• Establish financial controls to minimize fraud, overbilling, and potential collusion within purchasing processes

• Design and implement effective internal controls across finance and operational functions

• Develop, implement, and enforce Finance, Accounting & Tax SOPs

• Lead, develop, and evaluate the performance of the Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) team
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is mandatory

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Manager role

• Certified in Brevet Tax A & B is mandatory (Brevet C is a plus)

• Experienced in retail and F&B industries

• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance

• Proficient in Accurate Accounting Software and Coretax

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial modeling, and dynamic reporting

• Strong understanding of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations

• Experienced in preparing cash flow projections and stock forecasting

• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes

• Strong analytical thinking with high integrity and ownership mindset

• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholders

• Proactive in identifying risks and providing effective problem-solving solution
