We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven Lead Management Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sales operations, customer relationship management, and data analysis.
You will be responsible for managing, qualifying, and nurturing incoming sales leads while maintaining an accurate and well-structured customer database. As a key link between the Marketing and Sales teams, you will ensure that high-quality leads are properly tracked, followed up on, and efficiently moved through the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
* Screen and evaluate incoming sales leads to determine qualification and readiness for sales engagement
* Prioritize leads based on conversion potential and ensure only high-quality opportunities are endorsed to the Sales team
* Maintain, update, and organize customer and prospect information within the CRM system
* Segment leads based on industry, location, sales stage, and other relevant criteria to support targeted sales efforts
* Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of customer data
* Follow up with prospects through email, phone calls, and other communication channels
* Share relevant product, service, and marketing information to nurture both warm and cold leads
* Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers
* Monitor and track lead progress throughout the sales pipeline
* Provide timely updates, reminders, and alerts to the Sales team to ensure no opportunity is overlooked
* Monitor lead sources, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics
* Prepare reports and provide insights to improve lead quality, qualification, and conversion performance
* Collaborate with the Marketing team by providing feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
* Identify high-performing lead sources and recommend improvements to lead generation strategies
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate product or service information
* Schedule follow-ups, reminders, and check-ins to maintain consistent engagement with prospects and prevent lead drop-off
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
* Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in sales support, lead management, CRM administration, or a related role
* Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and effective time management
* Experience using CRM platforms such as Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems is an advantage
* Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
