Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration,
- Marketing, management Communication or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, manpower, outsourcing, HR services, FMCG, retail, or professional services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in selling manpower, outsourcing, recruitment, BPO, HR Serviices, events activations, or business solutions.
- Confident in meeting business owners, HR heads, procurement heads, and executives.
- Has proven in history of closing B2B accounts.

Responsibilities
- Business Development and Lead Generation
- Identify, prospect, and contact potential clients in target industries such as retail, FMCG, e-commerce, logistics, IT, corporate services, events, and activations.
- Build and maintain a database of target companies, decision-makers, HR heads, procurement heads, and business owners.
- Conduct cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, referrals, networking, and in-person meetings.
- Generate qualified client meetings and sales opportunities.
2. Sales Presentation and Proposal Management
- Present Workscale’s services professionally to prospective clients.
- Understand client manpower, HR, marketing, or IT business needs.
- Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, pitch decks, and service agreements.
- Work with Operations, HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure proposal accuracy.
- Account Conversion
- Move leads through the sales pipeline from prospecting to meeting, proposal, negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
- Negotiate rates, deployment requirements, and service terms within approved company parameters.
- Help close new accounts and expansion opportunities.
- Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing accounts.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing clients.
- Represent Workscale in meetings, events, networking sessions, and client presentations.
- Sales Reporting
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline tracker.
- Submit weekly sales activity reports.
- Track calls, emails, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, closures, and projected revenue.
- Report sales bottlenecks and recommend strategies.
