Description
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and service processes.
- Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing support.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with Salesforce and call center operations
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively
