Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Recommend aesthetic treatments and wellness packages based on clients' needs.
Explain treatment benefits, pricing, and promotional offers.
Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Achieve individual sales targets and support clinic goals.
Conduct follow-ups with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
Qualifications
Experience in face-to-face sales is required.
Experience in the beauty, skincare, aesthetic, wellness, or related industry is an advantage.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, sales-driven, and customer-oriented.
Willing to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
