Responsibilities
The Risk Assessment Interviewer is responsible for conducting structured interviews to evaluate nurse
applicants' readiness for international employment and their suitability to join the Grandison Nursing/Physical
Therapy Programs. Through objective interviewing techniques, the interviewer assesses applicants'
commitment to the program, ability to comply with organizational requirements, readiness to transition to life
and work in the United States, effective communication skills, and overall suitability for successful program
completion and international deployment. The role ensures that all assessments are conducted fairly,
consistently, professionally, and in accordance with established company standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in English, Education, Psychology, Nursing, Human Resources, Communication, or a related discipline.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to build rapport and conduct professional conversations.
- At least one (1) year of experience in interviewing, recruitment, teaching, customer service, or other communication-intensive roles.
- Willing to work on a flexible or broken schedule and capable of managing multiple interview schedules efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting structured interviews, assessments, or candidate screenings.
- Background in recruitment, human resources, training, education, healthcare, or quality assurance.
- Experience working remotely and maintaining productivity in a virtual environment.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, objectivity, and the ability to make evidence-based assessments.
Work-from-Home Requirements
- Stable internet connection with a reliable backup connection.
- Desktop or laptop computer with a functional webcam and noise-cancelling headset.
- Quiet, professional, and distraction-free workspace suitable for conducting confidential interviews.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
