Freight Forwarder Operations (Mandarin Speaker)

岗位职责:

1.负责印尼进出口物流业务的日常操作。

2.协调船公司、报关行、拖车行、仓库及客户之间的沟通。

3.跟进订舱、放单、清关、提货及派送全过程。

4.处理异常情况，包括查验、延误、港口问题及客户投诉。

5.熟悉印尼进口流程及相关法规要求（PIB、LS、PI、SNI等）。

6.协助销售团队制定物流方案及报价。

7.定期向管理层提交操作数据及业务报告。

8.协助建立和优化公司操作流程及SOP。

9.培训和指导初级操作人员。

任职要求:

1.3年以上国际货运代理行业工作经验

2.中文和印尼语流利，英语能够处理邮件及日常沟通者优先

3.熟悉海运进出口操作流程、印尼进口清关流程、船公司订舱流程、BL和PIB审核和制作等

4.有船公司、报关行、拖车行、仓库资源者优先

5.熟练使用办公软件

6.大学毕业

7.工作认真仔细，责任心强，能承担压力，具备沟通协调解决问题能力，有团队合作精神

8.愿意与公司长期共同发展，并能够承担本地操作团队建设及管理职责。熟悉中国企业或中国客户优先。
