Job Description:
Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding administration.
Maintain employee data and attendance records (experience with HRIS is a plus).
Prepare and process HR administrative documents, including employment contracts, warning letters, statements, and termination letters.
Administer BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registrations and employee data updates to ensure compliance with government regulations.
Prepare and manage business travel requests, reimbursement forms, and related documentation to support employee mobility and operational needs.
Develop and maintain employee performance evaluation forms to support the performance assessment and development process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to build strong relationships with employees and management.
Awareness of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Proficient in English and MS Office.
Possess good planning skills, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and high emotional intelligence to manage a diverse team.
