About The Company:
The working venue is in Jakarta.
Our client is a Japanese Restaurant company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Future Store Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth store performance.
Supervise, train, and motivate store staff.
Monitor sales, labor costs, inventory, and overall store performance.
Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.
Handle staff scheduling and operational improvements.
Report directly to management and implement company policies.
Build a disciplined and productive team environment.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Necessary Skill / Experience
Minimum 1 years of experience in a Japanese restaurant or Japanese retail/F&B chain.
Strong experience in Japanese restaurants
Experience in store operations.
JLPT N2 level or equivalent, with strong reading and writing skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Able to discipline staff and maintain authority as a manager.
Willing to commute to Jakarta.
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience as Assistant Manager or Store Manager.
Experience in Japanese chain restaurants.
Knowledge of food cost, inventory control, and sales management.
Experience opening new stores is an advantage.
