Position: Client Services Associate – Logistics | Logistics
CSR
Position: Logistics CSR
Salary: Php 18,000 to Php25,000 (Fixed Dayshift)
Type of Job: Calls and Emails
Account: Local or Asian Account
Company Industry: Japanese Shipping and Cargo Firm
Work Location: Laguna
Work Schedule: Fixed Day shift (8am to 5pm only) *this is not shifting
Work Set Up: Onsite in Laguna
Who is qualified?
- Bachelors Degree holder of any course , open to undergraduate
- Open to someone with work experience or no experience.
- This is an urgent hiring: Heads required is 4.
- Willing to undergo training
- Willing to work using emails and calls with customers
- This is not “complaint line” this is more on order management
What are the duties of the job?
- Guide customer on how to place an order
- Answer inquiries about logistics rate, timeline and shipping
- Answer customers via email, Chat and phone calls
- Use Tagalog and English based on Customer preferences
- Update customers regarding their ongoing orders
- Help customer place an order once decided
- Double check if customer requirements are compliant with PEZA
