In line with our business growth, we are inviting competent and high-integrity professionals to join us as a Domestic Sales Logistics, a strategic role in ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of all company business processes.

Position Description:

As a Logistics Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing B2B clients for domestic logistics services. This role requires strong industry knowledge, an established client network, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage B2B clients for domestic logistics services, including general cargo shipments.

• Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for domestic freight and logistics solutions.

• Handle end-to-end sales activities, from prospecting, client visits, proposal preparation, negotiation, to deal closing.

• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Coordinate with Operations, Pricing, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and service delivery.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for management review.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets in line with company objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the domestic logistics industry, preferably handling general cargo.

• Proven experience in handling B2B clients and managing corporate accounts.

• Existing leads or client database for domestic general cargo shipments is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of domestic logistics services, including land, sea, and/or air freight.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
