Japanese Speaker Warehouse Staff - Manufacture - Cikarang (A-132485)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Cikarang.

• Our client is an Japanese Manufacturing Company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Warehouse Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication and coordination in Japanese (spoken and written) between department members and internal teams, customers, auditors, and vendors when required

• Translate work instructions, operational reports, meeting minutes, and other warehouse-related documents between Japanese and Indonesian/English as needed

• Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and finished goods

• Monitor inventory accuracy through daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records

• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory management practices

• Coordinate with Production, PPIC, Purchasing, Quality Control, and Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate material flow

• Prepare and submit periodic warehouse operational reports to management

• Identify operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements to enhance warehouse productivity and efficiency

• Support the achievement of warehouse operational targets and departmental KPIs

• Ensure compliance with company policies, 5S, Kaizen, and Occupational Health & Safety (K3) standards within the warehouse

• Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Business level Japanese both spoken and written (Own JLPT N1)

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, and warehouse best practices

• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, problem-solving skills and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
