Japanese Speaker Factory Manager - Manufacture - Cikarang (A-132650)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Cikarang.

• Our client is an Japanese Manufacture Company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Factory Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the overall factory operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, cost efficiency, and delivery schedules are achieved

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to maximize productivity and optimize resource utilization

• Manage and supervise production, quality, maintenance, warehouse, and other related factory departments

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and manufacturing processes

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations (K3), and quality management systems

• Monitor production costs, control budgets, and implement cost reduction initiatives

• Coordinate with Sales, PPIC, Purchasing, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth production planning and customer delivery

• Analyze production performance, identify operational issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions

• Lead, coach, and develop department managers, supervisors, and factory employees to improve organizational performance

• Prepare operational reports and present factory performance, KPIs, and improvement plans to management

• Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from Engineering major

• Business level of Japanese (N2 level) and conversational level English

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Production or Factory Manager in a manufacturing industry

• Proven experience in overseeing factory operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and operational performance

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and develop production teams

• Good knowledge of production planning, process improvement, cost control, and productivity enhancement

• Able to analyze operational issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions

• Willing to be based in Cikarang
