About the Company

We are a busy French bakery, pastry shop, café, and restaurant located in Nusa Lembongan. We are passionate about serving freshly baked bread, handcrafted pastries, specialty coffee, breakfast, brunch, and lunch while providing exceptional customer service in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-oriented Waiters / Waitresses to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Present menus and answer guests' questions about food and beverages.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.

• Serve food, coffee, and drinks efficiently and professionally.

• Ensure every guest enjoys an excellent dining experience.

• Prepare, clean, and reset tables before and after service.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.

• Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues professionally.

• Follow company hygiene, food safety, and service standards.

• Assist with opening and closing duties.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a restaurant, café, bakery, or hotel.

• Good spoken English is required.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.

• Honest, reliable, punctual, and responsible.

• Barista experience is an advantage but not required.

Salary & Benefits

• Starting Salary: IDR 3,500,000 per month

• 5% Service Charge (after the probation period)
