Koeta Rice Bowls is a modern fast-casual dining concept that redefines everyday comfort food with fresh ingredients, bold flavours, and fast service. Inspired by Indonesia's rich culinary heritage, we specialize in handcrafted rice bowls made with premium locally sourced ingredients, including quality rice from Balinese farmers. Every bowl is thoughtfully prepared to deliver a satisfying dining experience without compromising on quality, flavour, or speed.

Food & Beverage Productions Department
Sous Chef - IDR 10.000.000 - IDR 12.000.000
Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience as Sous Chef, Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar leadership role
Strong background in restaurant, café, or fast-casual dining operations
Proven experience managing kitchen teams and maintaining consistent food quality standards
Strong understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen budgeting
Experience in recipe standardization and SOP development
Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and operational decision-making skills
Hands-on leadership style with strong attention to detail
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
Familiarity with inventory management systems and kitchen reporting is an advantage
Chef de Partie - IDR 4.500.000 - IDR 5.500.000
Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a restaurant, café, or fast-casual dining environment
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, portion control, food safety, HACCP, inventory management, and kitchen operations
Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and support junior kitchen team members
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with basic English communication skills preferred
Detail-oriented, organized, passionate about culinary excellence, and committed to delivering consistent food quality and operational standards
Steward - IDR 3.792.000 - IDR 4.000.000
Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Steward or Kitchen Helper in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Organized, and able to perform cleaning and manual handling tasks efficiently.
Honest, disciplined, reliable, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a safe working environment.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to support kitchen operations as needed.
Able to follow company policies, kitchen SOPs, and workplace health and safety regulations.

Food & Beverage Service Department
Outlet Manager - Budget: IDR 13.000.000 - IDR 15.000.000
Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience as Outlet Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar leadership role in restaurants or cafés
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, administration, and team management
Basic knowledge of financial reporting, stock control, and budgeting
Experience handling HR-related administration and staff coordination is an advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and represent management on daily operations
Hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented
Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation
Familiar with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress or Food & Beverage Service Staff in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Basic understanding of customer service, restaurant operations, POS systems, and food safety standards.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with basic English communication skills preferred.
Friendly, energetic, well-groomed, and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Honest, disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
3. Public Area Attendant - IDR 3.792.000 - IDR 4.000.000
Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Public Area Attendant, Housekeeping Attendant, Cleaning Staff, or similar role in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation, hygiene standards, and the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with basic English communication skills preferred.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
