Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with local institutional and corporate clients under the guidance of the Treasury Sales Manager.
Generate revenue through treasury products, particularly foreign exchange and bond transactions, while contributing to overall treasury sales performance.
Execute treasury transactions including FX spot and bond deals, while actively identifying and initiating new client opportunities.
Expand client coverage through proactive business development and relationship management activities.
Maintain an accurate and well-managed sales pipeline, ensuring effective monitoring of prospects and deal progress.
Achieve strong sales performance and contribute meaningfully to overall treasury sales results.
Support cross-selling initiatives in collaboration with other teams to deliver integrated financial solutions to clients.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Management, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related disciplines).
Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Good analytical ability and understanding of financial markets.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced banking environment.
