Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial strategy and operations, including team building, system optimization, and ensuring efficient and compliant financial processes across the organization

• Oversee core finance functions including accounting, tax management, treasury, budgeting, and cost control, ensuring accurate and timely financial data to support management decisions

• Partner with business teams to optimize financial processes, mitigate financial risks, and integrate finance deeply with business operations in alignment with Indonesian regulatory requirements

• Manage external financial relationships with local tax authorities, auditors, banks, and other institutions, ensuring compliance with Indonesian laws and conducting effective tax planning to minimize tax costs

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and operational analysis, presenting the company's financial position, operating results, and cash flow with actionable recommendations

• Participate in major business decisions, investment and financing projects, and strategic planning, providing professional financial judgment and support to achieve company financial goals

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.

• Finance leadership experience at a leading Indonesian microfinance (MF), consumer finance, or financial services company

• Fluent English required. Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.

• Strong financial strategic thinking, team management capabilities, cross-functional collaboration skills, and problem-solving abilities

• Deep familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards, tax policies, and financial regulatory requirements (OJK)

• Ability to independently handle complex financial scenarios with high responsibility, rigorous work approach, strong professional ethics, and adaptability to Indonesia's local work environment
