Export & Domestic Sales Executive – Frozen Shrimp

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Export & Domestic Sales Executive – Frozen Shrimp to join our Sales team on a full-time basis in Jakarta Raya. This is a strategic position that will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence across both domestic and international markets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and sales execution. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients ranging from food distributors to food processing companies whilst representing a company with a strong reputation for quality and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

1. Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities in both domestic and export markets for frozen shrimp products

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients including distributors, processors, retailers and hospitality businesses

3. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations and product specifications tailored to client requirements

4. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to achieve sales targets whilst ensuring profitability

5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies to maintain competitive advantage

6. Coordinate with operations, logistics and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality standards are met

7. Maintain accurate sales records, customer data and pipeline management using CRM systems

8. Attend industry events, trade shows and networking functions to generate leads and strengthen market presence

9. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

10. Provide exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries and concerns professionally

What we're looking for

1. Min. 2 years experience as Sales/Account Executive; export sales experience strongly preferred

2. Background in FMCG, seafood, or frozen food industry (shrimp experience a big plus)

3. Fluent English — spoken & presentation skills required

4. Comfortable with strategic-level client discussions and direct pitching

5. Strong negotiation and communication skills

6. Target-driven, proactive, and highly accountable

7. Willing to travel mobile within Jakarta
