Export Import License Specialist

• Handle import licensing applications, including Persetujuan Impor (PI) and other import permits.

• Analyze HS Codes and determine import licensing requirements based on Indonesian regulations.

• Prepare and submit import permit applications through government systems such as INATRADE, INSW, and OSS.

• Process and monitor PI, Pertek, API, import realization reports, and other regulatory approvals.

• Coordinate with government institutions, including Kemendag, Kemenperin, Bea Cukai, and other related authorities.

• Review and verify client documents to ensure completeness and compliance.

• Communicate with Indonesian and Chinese clients regarding licensing processes and application progress.

• Track project timelines and ensure import permits are processed efficiently.

• Monitor updates to Indonesian import regulations and provide guidance to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business, Law, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in import licensing, customs, trade compliance, or import/export operations.

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); HSK certification is a plus.

• Familiar with Indonesian import regulations and licensing procedures.

• Experience handling PI (Persetujuan Impor), Pertek, API, INATRADE, INSW, OSS, and other import-related permits is preferred.

• Able to analyze HS Codes and understand import requirements for various product categories.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience working with Chinese companies is an advantage.
