Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site (WFO) position based in Bekasi for a Product Development team member in a beauty and lifestyle brand. The role focuses on managing the end-to-end product development process, from product ideation and trial to coordination with maklon partners and suppliers, as well as ensuring product quality and continuous improvement.
The Product Development team member will work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage product trials, support quality control (QC) processes, document product specifications, and ensure products are developed according to brand standards, timelines, and market needs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Technology, Cosmetics, Chemical Engineering, or related) is preferred
• Age range: 23–32 years old
• Junior to Mid-level experience in product development, R&D, or related roles
• Experience in R&D, maklon coordination, or product development is a strong advantage
• Strong QC mindset with high attention to detail and product quality
• Organized and comfortable with documentation and reporting
• Able to coordinate with suppliers, maklon partners, and internal teams
• Willing to work full-time, on-site (WFO) in Bekasi
• Interest in beauty, lifestyle, and consumer products is a plus
