Real Estate Sales (Spanish / Australian)

We are looking for motivated and goal-oriented Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about property sales, enjoys building client relationships, and is eager to achieve high earnings through performance.

You will be responsible for generating leads, assisting buyers and sellers, conducting property viewings, and managing transactions from start to finish. Training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and follow up on leads provided by the company

• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings

• Prepare, negotiate, and close sales transactions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and partners

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying/selling process

• Stay updated on market trends, property listings, and pricing

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications

• Real Estate Broker or Salesperson License (preferred)

• Proficiency in English (B2 level) and Spanish.

• With or without experience (training will be provided)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Highly motivated, confident, and results-driven

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willing to work on weekends/holidays if required

• Knowledge of local real estate market is an advantage
