JOB DESCRIPTION
Hold a valid Indonesian Advocate License.
Handle litigation cases and manage all related processes from initiation to resolution.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts and agreements.
Provide professional legal consulting services, including in-depth analysis of legal issues faced by clients, assessment of potential disputes, and delivery of practical and effective legal solutions in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
Demonstrate strong business acumen and provide constructive legal advice to resolve issues in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations.
Handle a wide range of general corporate legal matters.
Prepare legal opinions and manage legal correspondence with clients and external parties.
Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and government policies.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent academic background in law.
Graduated from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm or in a relevant legal role.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication skills, proactive, fast learner, with a positive attitude, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Highly agile, able to take initiative, and comfortable working under multiple tight deadlines.
Capable of handling multiple assignments simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Proven experience in handling various legal cases and legal matters.
