High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong customer service, problem-solving, and active listening abilities.
-Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple applications.
-Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
-Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, insurance, or a BPO environment is an advantage but not required. We welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
