Job Requirements:
- College Graduate – Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Senior High School (K-12) Graduate or 2nd Year College Completed with at least 3–6 months of international BPO experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work onsite
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Assist customers with healthcare-related concerns, benefits, and account information.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies
