Head of Risk Management

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Law or equivalent.     

• Having minimum 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position in securities industry.                 

• Required Skill(s): Risk Control, Risk Assessment, Key Risk Indicators, Risk Management,  Regulation reports.                      

• Familiar with OJK and IDX regulation, preparing regulatory reports.                       

• Familiar with the capital market industry, especially in Risk management operations.       

• Having strong analytical thinking                  

• Have a good communication and interpersonal skills                      

• Able to work as a team and individually

• Creative, proactive and high initiative                      

• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline

• Adaptive and fast learner

• Computer literate (especially Microsoft Excel)

• WPPE license is required.

• Having CRMO or CRMP is required.

• Preferably owned Risk Management Certification

• Good command in English both oral and writte

Responsibility

• Conduct detailed risk assessments by analyzing documents, statistics, reports, and market trends, client transactions, etc.

• Classifying evaluating, and monitoring the company’s risk

• Daily monitoring of credit risk exposure at a company, conduct reports to Board of Directors

• Preparing the reports to regulatory such as OJK, IDX,  etc.

• Implement strategies to minimize exposure to any risk.

• Carrying out risk assessments.

• Analyzing complex data from various sources (Client data, Transaction data, Market data, etc.)

• Review internal and external policies and ensure policies are implemented in the company.

• Responsible to all activities in Risk Management department
