Job Responsibilities
Administrative, Operations & Logistics:
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, checking product availability, and processing sales documents.
Handle and manage Delivery Orders (DO), ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch of goods.
Maintain accurate daily records of sales orders, shipping statistics, and logistics data.
Manage and organize basic financial-related documents and daily filing.
Collect, organize, and analyze market information to support marketing initiatives.
Client Relations & Communication:
Act as the first point of contact for daily client inquiries via phone calls or walk-ins, providing professional and welcoming reception.
Support sales representatives in following up on orders and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Bridge communication accurately between clients’ requirements and internal management/leaders.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
Language: Professional fluency in English OR Mandarin (both written and spoken) is highly preferred to communicate with our global network/headquarters.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and possesses a strong learning agility.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Resilient, proactive, and has a clear vision for personal career growth.
