Develop content production strategies and plans aligned with the company's vision and mission
Lead and manage the creative team, including videographers, video editors, content creators, and other roles
Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to optimize content based on industry trends and audience needs
Manage production budgets and ensure cost efficiency across all projects.
Establish production schedules and ensure every project is completed on time.
Conduct research and analysis to improve the effectiveness of content strategies
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in content production, media, and creative industries
Proficiency in video production, photography, creative writing, and graphic design
Strong managerial skills with a proven track record of leading creative teams.
Deep understanding of digital content strategies, social media trends, and content distribution
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative, innovative, and possesses strong leadership qualities.
