Job Description:
Manage business travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, and transportation bookings.
Handle visa applications and TKA administrative processes.
Process operational payments, reimbursements, and monthly vendor billings.
Coordinate office operational needs, including supplies, SIM cards, roaming services, and building access.
Support company events and other administrative activities as required.
Support other interesting HR & GA projects as suggested by the team.
Requirements:
Final-year university students or fresh graduates from Bachelor's Degree in Management SDM / Psychology.
Excellent in administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and possess good communication skills.
Willing to join a 4-month internship program.
Placement: Summitmas Tower 2, Sudirman - South Jakarta
Eligible for daily allowance.
