As part of our international expansion strategy across EMEA, France is a key growth market for us. To further strengthen our presence, we are looking for a dedicated Partner Manager who will build, develop, and strategically expand our partner ecosystem in France.

In this role, you will act as the central point of contact for our French digital agencies, system integrators and solution partners. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, you will drive partner enablement, joint go-to-market initiatives, and sustainable revenue growth. Your mission is to establish long-term partnerships, unlock market potential, and position Shopware as a leading commerce platform in the French market.

Requirements

  • You take full ownership of building and expanding the Shopware partner ecosystem in France.
  • You identify, acquire, and onboard new digital agencies, system integrators and solution partners (hunting) aligned with our strategic market positioning.
  • You develop and grow existing partner relationships (farming) with a clear focus on long-term collaboration and revenue growth.
  • You define and execute a scalable partner strategy for the French market in close alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
  • You are responsible for achieving pipeline targets within your partner portfolio.
  • You enable partners through structured onboarding, training, joint business planning, and continuous performance management.
  • You drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing activities, and local ecosystem events to increase market awareness and demand generation.
  • You continuously analyze the French e-commerce landscape, competitive environment, and partner potential to suggest refining our market approach.

This is what you’ll bring to the table

  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, or a comparable ecosystem-building role.
  • Proven success in market development, partner acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the French e-commerce, system integrators and digital agencies landscape.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a growth environment.
  • High strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at C-level and operational levels.
  • Professional proficiency in French and English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.

Location: France (100% remote)

Compensation: Based on experience, with an attractive variable component
