Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage and oversee corn plantation operations.
Develop end-to-end plans covering land preparation, planting, maintenance, harvesting, and marketing with company-appointed partners.
Control and manage pests (Organisme Penggangu Tanaman/OPT) to protect crops.
Collaborate with consultants regarding agronomy and cultivation practices.
Evaluate corn cultivation activities for each period/cycle.
