About the role
Zhejiang MicroPrecision Technology Co., Ltd. is seeking a Semiconductor Equipment Sales representative to join our dynamic sales team. This is a part-time position based in Thailand. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth within the semiconductor equipment sector, working with key clients and prospects to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will represent our company's commitment to delivering high-quality semiconductor equipment and services to the Thai and regional markets, contributing to the company's continued expansion and market presence.
What you'll be doing
Focus exclusively on Thailand local market: source, develop, follow up and retain semiconductor & electronics manufacturing clients nationwide, covering packaging houses, EMS factories and equipment service providers via regular offline on-site factory visits.
Identify and expand new business opportunities for semiconductor equipment across Thailand’s industrial sector, build long-term trustful partnerships with both existing and prospective factory clients.
Conduct in-depth communication with factory customers to collect their production process demands, current equipment operation status and future procurement intentions.
Host and join online technical conferences, deliver product introductions and professional consultation to help clients fully grasp our equipment solutions and technical merits.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations of our low-end equipment models (RX2000SP3, HX1000, HX3600A), highlight core features and technical advantages to drive deal closure.
Carry out client demand assessment, customize accurate quotations and formal proposals matching each factory’s unique production specifications.
Negotiate commercial contract terms independently, complete sales closing while guaranteeing healthy profit margins and positive customer experience.
Offer full pre-sales technical consulting support to resolve client doubts and guide customers to make proper purchasing decisions.
Keep complete, up-to-date records of all client communications, field visits, sales activities and order pipeline progress; submit standardized client files and weekly sales progress reports to headquarters regularly.
Coordinate closely with internal technical, engineering and logistics teams to guarantee smooth project handover and delivery after order confirmation.
Attend local semiconductor industry exhibitions, seminars and networking events to generate new sales leads and lift our brand influence in Thailand.
What we're looking for
Proven sales experience in the semiconductor or related technology equipment sectors, preferably in Southeast Asia
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment specifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships
Proficiency in identifying client needs and translating them into appropriate solutions
Experience with CRM software and sales management tools
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline whilst meeting sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Fluency in English; Thai language proficiency is advantageous
Familiarity with semiconductor industry standards and quality requirements
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
