Reservation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Reservation Specialist to join our team at PT Chiringuito Del Kabron (El Kabron Bali). In this full-time position, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of guest reservations, ensuring a seamless booking experience for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the vibrant hospitality industry in the stunning location of Badung Bali.

What you'll be doing

1. Responding to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner

2. Accurately processing reservations, modifications, and cancellations

3. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of table availability, rates, and promotional offers

4. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

5. Liaising with other departments to coordinate guest arrivals and departures

6. Generating reservation reports and analysing data to identify trends and optimise processes

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a reservation or customer service role within the hospitality industry

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

3. Proficient in using reservation systems and computer software

4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work multi tasking in a fast-paced environment

6. Fluency in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages an advantage
