About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Abinaya Cahaya Semesta Indah as a full-time Personal Assistant (Secretary) based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this crucial role, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
Professional look with a pleasant personality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and administrative abilities
Detail-oriented, disciplined, proactive, and responsible
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Staff, Customer Service Representative, or Administrative Assistant is preferred
What we're looking for
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and correspondence
Coordinate meeting room reservations and prepare meeting arrangements as required
Support administrative tasks, including document filing, data entry, and record management
Coordinate with the OB team to maintain office cleanliness, tidiness, and readiness
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary
Perform other administrative and front office duties assigned by management
