TikTok Specialist (Lifestyle Industry)

About the role

We are looking for a TikTok Specialist to join our growing lifestyle business portfolio, including Bars & Clubs, Restaurants & Bars and Padel Courts. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, confident in front of the camera, and capable of creating engaging content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging TikTok content.

• Develop content ideas based on current trends, viral topics, and brand campaigns.

• Act as content creator and on-camera talent when required.

• Shoot and edit videos for TikTok and other social media platforms.

• Create content related to food, beverages, nightlife, sports, entertainment, and lifestyle experiences.

• Manage content calendars and posting schedules.

• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to support promotional campaigns, events, and brand activations.

• Engage with audiences and help grow the brand's online community.

• Perform other content and social media-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Content Creation, TikTok Management, or Social Media.

• Experience in Lifestyle Industries such as Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Bar & Club, Hospitality, or Sports & Recreation is preferred.

• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and content strategies.

• Skilled in video shooting and editing using mobile and/or editing applications.

• Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and events when required.
